S4NEXT ("we") respects your privacy. This policy explains what personal data we collect through s4next.com, why we collect it, and your rights under Law No. 06/L-082 on Protection of Personal Data of the Republic of Kosovo.
1. Data controller

2. Data we collect
Contact data you provide voluntarily: when you write to us via email, WhatsApp or Viber, we receive your name, email address or phone number, and the content of your message.
Technical usage data: with your consent, we collect anonymous visit statistics via Google Analytics (pages viewed, duration, device type, approximate city-level location). This data does not allow us to identify you personally.
3. Cookies
Necessary cookies: used only for the basic functioning of the site (e.g. remembering your language and your cookie choice). These do not require consent.
Analytics cookies (Google Analytics): set ONLY if you click "Accept all" in the cookie banner. If you choose "Necessary only", no analytics cookies are set.
You can change your choice at any time via the "Cookies" link at the bottom of the page.
4. Legal basis for processing
Your consent (Article 5 of Law No. 06/L-082) — for analytics cookies.
Our legitimate interest and pre-contractual steps — to respond to inquiries you send us.
5. Data retention
We keep contact messages as long as needed to handle your inquiry and up to 2 years for communication history. Google Analytics statistics are retained for up to 14 months.
6. Who we share data with
We do not sell or share your data with third parties for marketing. Engaged processors: Google LLC (Google Analytics) — data may be processed on servers outside Kosovo, under Google's standard contractual safeguards.
7. Your rights
Under Law No. 06/L-082 you have the right to: request access to your data, its rectification or erasure, restriction of processing, to object to processing, and to withdraw consent at any time.
To exercise these rights, write to info@s4next.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Information and Privacy Agency (AIP) — www.aip.rks-gov.net.
8. Security
We apply appropriate technical and organizational measures (restricted access, encryption in transit via HTTPS) to protect your data.
9. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The current version is always published on this page with its update date.
